Souvenir Outlet offer a variety of shipping options internationally.
Souvenir Outlet is fastest growing souvenir portal in the world. We process and ship all orders from Austria, Italy, France, Greece, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Belgium, England, Spain, Czech and Holland within two business days of your placing the order (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
All Souvenirs are carefully double-packed by us to help ensure that the items are unbroken.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, on the public holidays
it may not always be possible to dispatch as quickly as we would like.
We take delivery time and low-cost in to consideration, this is why we work with more the one delivery services either DPD, DHL, FedEx Express, ups, TNT depending on your country, our team try to find the fastest and most affordable delivery.
Please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email, if you order still hasn't been received please contact us & we will endeavour to track your parcel.
However please allow for delays during busier festive periods.
A signature may be required, therefore where possible please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, or if more convenient you can amend the delivery address during checkout to an alternative address.
All International Orders are sent via a fully trackable service, International Tracked, either DPD, DHL, FedEx Express, ups, TNT. A signature will be required, therefore please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
All delivery charges are available to view at checkout stage. Delivery charges are per order so you can order as many items as you wish for the one delivery charge.
Delivery time frame is an estimate and delivery could take longer, depending on local postal services and customs. We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days, however on some occasions we may be unable to meet these timescales, especially if your personalisation requirements are particularly complex or your delivery location is outside of the EU. If this is the case we will contact you in advance to advise you of the anticipated delivery date. Delivery days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and bank holidays. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days, Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected.
Due to the Covid-19 impact in the EU, we are facing possible courier delays. Please expect a short delay to all deliveries. We are doing our best to ship your products to you as soon as possible. Due to the Global situation and Busy Peak Season, we are unable to guarantee delivery on time.
We offer free shipping in the EU for all orders, For orders over 49,00 (€) We have the right to change the shipping charge at any time with prior notice. We also offer paid shipping methods if you prefer faster and tracked deliveries.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you, as soon as possible.
Customers have the option to choose paid delivery to ensure they receive the orders on time. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
We accept returns:
We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 3 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in a re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Returns are received:
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Change of Delivery Address:
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time Exceeded:
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Import Duties & Taxes:
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country and We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed its investigation into the claim.
